Looking for a dependable candidate who works safely, has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and works effectively in a team environment. We provide an on-site cafeteria for our manufacturing facility employees.
Currently hiring for night shift full-time kitchen cook with occasional day shifts as needed. This position is scheduled for four shifts per week and requires some weekend work. Night shift hours are 7PM to 3AM; day shift 7AM to 3PM.
What Cardinal Portage Has to Offer:
- Starting base wage on December 15th: $20.40 when working nights; $18.40 for days
- Plus MONTHLY Profit Sharing with 401(k) retirement plan which adds up to $1,357/month through 401(k) savings and/or check. This adds up to $10.60/hour to the starting base wage.

Requirements:
- Experience in restaurant cooking and prep work preferred
- 32 hours per week including some weekends
- Primarily working night shift from 7PM to 3AM
- Occasional day shifts when needed.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Must be 18 years of age to apply
- Pass a pre-employment physical ability test, background and drug screen
